The message in the pic above is a metaphor. It says that to be skillful drivers one needs to drive on difficult roads and not only the straight ones. But actually it wants to say that we don't learn much if the task is simple or easily doable. The more hard the task is, more is the probability that we would push our limits getting to know more of our true inner strengths and thus improving ourselves for the better.
So next time you see something difficult, get ready to explore your unknown inner strengths and knowing the new you each time. :)
